Chelsea McDonald

Chelsea is a member of the Ag Monitoring team at Ag Logic, where she has been working since 2025 supporting on-farm data collection and monitoring. Chelsea completed a Bachelor of Agricultural Science and brings a strong interest in how data can support on-farm decision making. In her role, she is involved in installing and maintaining monitoring equipment, as well as building clear, useful graphs.

Alongside her core monitoring work, Chelsea is involved in pivot uniformity testing, supporting efficient irrigation management. She also has a growing interest in analysing weather data and exploring how it can be used to inform agricultural growth and disease models. She brings this experience into her work on the School Farms Project, where she helps translate real-world monitoring and weather data into creative learning tools for teaching young people about weather and agriculture.
