Berry growers workshop - turning data into irrigation decisions

  • Lilydale Community Link 15 Anderson Street Lilydale, VIC, 3140 Australia (map)

Join us for an informative workshop designed specifically for berry growers and their advisers. If you have monitoring systems on your radar, but haven’t had the time to dive in to exploring options, this workshop is perfect for you.

If you have invested in some gear, and don’t feel like it’s performing the way it was promised, this workshop is also for you.

The workshop focus will be on giving growers an overview of their options for irrigation monitoring and system setup and basic troubleshooting, with a basic introduction to data interpretation.

What we will cover:
- What irrigation monitoring is, what it tells you, and what it doesn’t tell you
- What your monitoring options are
- How to interpret your data
- How to effectively set up and implement a system
- What to do when things don’t look right

This event is supported by Agriculture Victoria’s Drought Support Package. Breakfast and morning tea will be provided.
